* A quiet space with no interruptions.

* A computer or laptop with Google Chrome web browser installed.

* Have a high quality microphone (this can be inbuilt).

* Have and wear headphones (to avoid audio feedback.) 

* Be based in a country not currently under economic or political sanctions by the UK, EU or USA. (The software is geo-blocked).
