Part of this is because I am so tired of hearing 'But girls don't play football!' And part of me wants to ensure that this week's sports relief is a celebration of not just the achievements of boys and men, but also of the girls and women who have made a significant impact on their sport and the attitudes of those around them.

I hope you have a wonderful Sport's relief day everyone and through sport we can continue to make an impact of the lives of those around us.
