You need an expert, objective eye on your provision but don't have the budget or time for an in-person visit. Perhaps you feel you're "too close" to your own environment to see it clearly, or you simply want a cost-effective way to get professional feedback and identify key areas for improvement before a formal inspection. Then our newest service, 'Online Continuous Provision Diagnostic' may be right for you.
What to expect
This process is simple. You send us a lot of info, we analyse and then send you back a report. We introduced this service because so many settings find it hard to manage a visitor for a half/full day.
Once you sign up you'll receive a request for information. We'll ask for photos, videos, your curriculum and any more info you think would be useful. You'll also be asked to complete a short form asking about your culture (what makes you unique.)

Next we get to work looking through all of this info. If we have what we need we spend several hours pouring over the info and picking out areas of strength and crucially, areas where you can make changes to improve outcomes.

You then receive a full in depth report covering your entire provision in fine detail. This report is sufficient for at least a whole years worth of improvement in your provision. Turn around time from receiving all your data and report return is 5 working days.
Who is this for?
This diagnostic is designed for leaders and owners of Group settings in the UK.

Settings come in different shapes and sizes. If your setting is particularly large (or very small) please reach out to us. We may need to charge an additional fee for larger settings or we can offer a reduction for very small settings.

What is the investment?
Each diagnostic takes us roughly 2 hours to analyse and a further 2-3 hours to write the report.
You will need to spend roughly 30 minutes compiling the photos, video and completing the form.

We charge £300 per diagnostic.
