The items on my website are EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES, NOT TOYS. Therefore there are different rules around their sale and use. Please read the following carefully before ordering.

 

Safety is my number one priority when it comes to my resources. As such I've made some difficult decisions over the years when it comes to stocking and discontinuing products which COULD pose a risk (albeit very small.) I feel confident that the products which I now stock are safe for children over 3 to use so long as the following risk limiting procedures are followed by supervising adults:

* All children to be fully supervised at all times.

* Resources only to be used by children 3 and over.

* Do not allow 'oral learners' to use these products.

* All resources are cleaned before their initial use and checked over before subsequent uses.

* Items are not kept within the reach of independently playing children.

* All broken or damaged items are removed and recycled/destroyed.

The majority of my items are natural objects. Therefore they may have natural cracks, marks or breakages. Every care is taken to ensure products arrive in good working order but items may still arrive damaged. Do not use these with children and contact me for a replacement.

Natural objects - Whilst every care has been taken to not provide natural objects containing nuts, some products may be an allergen. Many objects contain seeds. If your child has an allergy to any nuts or seeds please email me before placing your order. 

 

Practitioners take full responsibility for using these items with children and should risk assess them before use. If they fall below the standard you expect you are entitled to a refund, please follow my refund policy.
