Online coaching
We understand that finding the time and budget for in-person coaching can be a challenge. To provide a flexible and accessible alternative, we offer online coaching sessions on Google Meets that are kinder to both your timetable and your budget.
You can book these as convenient, one-off 30-minute appointments or as part of a structured, ongoing improvement programme. These extended programmes are particularly valued by our UK and international clients who want to embed lasting improvements through consistent, incremental changes.
What to expect
If you book an individual appointment we will be in touch a few days before to find out more about your particular need. This will support us to ensure you get as much value out of the 30 minute coaching call as possible.

Some example recent topics have been:
How to redesign your indoor room to make it more accessible to all children.
How to introduce enhancements in the moment to support all children
How to break learning down into granular steps to make the most progress.
Each call is recorded using AI. You will be sent a recording and an AI summary after each call. These will be available to view (or download) for 12 months.
Who is this for?
Online coaching works for any schools based staff member whether this is a head, EYFS leader, teacher, practitioner or a small team.
What is the investment?
Each 30 minute appointment can be booked for any time between 7am - 9pm (UK time). (International schools please email if you fall outside these times).
Each 30 minute appointments costs £30 and must be paid for before attendance.
