Online Planning & Pedagogy Diagnostic
The 'Planning and Pedagogy' diagnostic is designed to look at the way your staff are interacting in the provision and how learning is being moved on. Is learning static? Are teachers planning for learning disconnected from the journeys children are already on? Maybe you've tried to introduce 'in the moment planning' but there is a disconnect between what the children are interested in and what staff are putting out as enhancements.

What to expect
This process is simple. You send us a lot of info, we analyse and then send you back a report. We introduced this service because so many schools find it hard to manage a visitor for a half/full day.
Once you sign up you'll receive a request for information. We'll ask for photos, videos, your curriculum and any more info you think would be useful. You'll also be asked about your current approach to enhancements and any strategies staff use in the moment. We'll need some observations and examples of planning too - these should be anonymised!

Next we get to work looking through all of this info. If we have what we need we spend several hours pouring over the info and picking out areas of strength and crucially, areas where you can make changes to improve outcomes. We're looking to find out if your enhancements are well matched to the journeys children are on.

You then receive a full in depth report covering your entire provision in fine detail. This report is sufficient for at least a whole years worth of improvement in your provision. Turn around time from receiving all your data and report return is 5 working days.
Who is this for?
This diagnostic is designed for leaders and teachers working in an Early Years setting within a UK primary school.

We can process up to 2 year groups at a time in this process (we're counting 2-year-olds and preschool as one year group). If you would like to increase this to 3 or more please reach out to us. We may need to book an additional diagnostic for this.
What is the investment?
Each diagnostic takes us roughly 2 hours to analyse and a further 2-3 hours to write the report.
You will need to spend roughly 45-60 minutes compile the needed information.

We charge a flat fee of £300 per diagnostic.
