COACHING
CLUB
Coaching is a wonderful way to put into practice some of that amazing training you've had. But you need an expert coach, that's where I come in. I deliver a lot of coaching in person but this year (2024) I'm moving towards supporting people online at a distance using the Voxer app.

How it works:
Coaching club is a way for you to reach out to me whenever you need to ask questions or talk through changes to your provision or practice. Through the app you have a direct private line to me. We can work on a variety of issues in the short or long-term. You'll also get access to a group chat space where you can ask for help from colleagues round the world.

What can we discuss?
There are [almost] no limits. Essentially you can discuss anything provision or practice based with me. This might include asking how to develop a particular provision area, add in opportunities for more challenge, develop vocabulary, introduce more independence, up skill the team or improve your outdoor offering.
What I don't support is anything linked to HR or safeguarding. But I can recommend someone for you:)

Who is the Coaching Club for?

Coaching Club is perfect for anyone in any decision making role. That could be a teacher, room leader, deputy manager, manager, owner/director, headteacher, childminder or playgroup leader.
You need to be able to make decisions about provision and lead on any strategies we decide to introduce.

What are the costs?

Coaching club costs £40 a month (that's less than £1.50 a day!) but we're running a special offer...
